CANCELLATION AND REFUND / DEDUCTION POLICY

This Cancellation and Refund/Deduction Policy applies to all events organized by Dentis Akademi. Participants and their companions who wish to cancel their registration after enrolling for any reason will be subject to the conditions stated below.

All participants and companions who register for such events are deemed to have read and accepted these terms.

EVENT-ONLY REGISTRATIONS
For registrations that include only participation in training, congresses, or conferences:

If the number of days remaining before the event start date is:

• 30 days or more: 20% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 29–15 days: 30% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 14–7 days: 50% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 6 days or less: No refunds will be issued.

If there are any additional gifts or products included, their sale value will also be deducted.

If the course includes cadaveric workshops:

• 45 days or more: 30% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 44–30 days: 40% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 29 days or less: No refunds will be issued.

EVENT + TRAVEL PACKAGE REGISTRATIONS
For registrations that include both participation in the event and a domestic or international travel package:

If the number of days remaining before the event and/or travel start date is:

• 45 days or more: 20% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 44–30 days: 40% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 29–15 days: 70% of the total fee will be deducted.
• 14 days or less: No refunds will be issued.

VISA REFUSALS (FOR INTERNATIONAL EVENTS)
For participants registered in international events who are denied a visa by the relevant consulate:

If the visa application was submitted at least 35 business days before the start date of the travel (based on the date the consulate accepted the application, not the appointment request date), and the participant sends the official visa refusal letter to Dentis Akademi via email within 3 business days, a refund will be processed in accordance with the “General Conditions” below.

If the visa application was submitted 34 business days or fewer before the start date and the visa is refused, the standard cancellation policies under "Event-Only Registrations" and "Event + Travel Package Registrations" will apply.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bilgi@dentisakademi.com.

The date the email is received by Dentis Akademi will be considered the official cancellation date.

For payments made via credit card, deductions imposed by the bank due to installment plans will be subtracted first, and then the above-stated deduction percentages will be applied.

Refunds will be made in the same currency and payment method used during registration. If paid in TL, refunds are processed in TL; if paid in foreign currency, refunds are calculated using the official Central Bank of Turkey (CBRT) effective buying rate on the payment date.

For payments made in full (cash or single credit card transaction), refunds will be processed within 45 business days after the end date of the course or travel.

If the payment was made in installments and the final installment date is after the event or travel, the refund will be processed within 45 business days following the final installment date.
